Check in around 9 pm was very slow as it was all done manually. There were several people in the lobby with hoodies and masks so you could not see their face. Very uncomfortable feeling. Then when we got to the room it had a very bad odor. Very disappointed!!

It was ok, didn’t like the fact of having to change multiple rooms due to rooms having roaches. No smoking facility but the hallways smelled heavy with marijuana. Not gonna stay again, very disappointed in the hotel.

The hotel wasn't very clean. The carpet was stained and outdated. The hotel really need to be renovated. I can tell that it is very old and a lot of the walls had chipped paint.I was told that they didn't have housekeeping by the receptionist. The hallways reeked of the smell of marijuana. The door to my room also didn't work well. I had to turn the door handle the opposite way and also had to request another room key because it wasn't working as well.

The hotel was dirty, the rugs were all stained in the hallways and in the room. Honestly I would of left but I already paid and need a few hours of sleep before I checkout. Also the hotel has a shuttle app that I used when I arrived at the Charlotte airport, the app kept telling me the driver is on the way. After 30 minutes seeing that no one showed up I called the hotel and told the attendant what happened with the app he stated that I needed to call them. I told him then why do you have the app? Why is the app telling me someone is on the way? He said the driver will be there in 10-15 minutes it ended being 30 minutes. So I waited 1 hr. for there shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel I asked again why do they have an app that does not activate the shuttle system? He now had a new story stating that he did not see it and the he just started his shift. He was very polite but overall the service was horrible and the place was dirty inside. I will never stay at that hotel again.

I accidentally booked my room 2 weeks out instead of for that day. I cancelled and rebooked within a half hour through Expedia, hotel charged me $84.88 to cancel, even when I rebooked immediately for that night. Ridiculous! Especially when the man checking me in said he would wave that fee. Carpeting throughout hotel is extremely dirty, I looked out my room window at the pool, which was green with algae. Elevator shook and rumbled approaching top floor, very scary. So between the cancel fee and what I paid for that night I could have stayed across the street at a very nice hotel for less money, total price for the night $181.22 Wyndham needs to do a walkthrough of this hotel. Look elsewhere.

No cable, no Internet and no shuttle. We booked this place because of the shuttle and it stops at 930pm. That is so early. Usually shuttle stops at midnight if at all.

Staff was nice, but the facilities were not great. The hotel itself looked like a brothel and the room was outdated. Bed seemed to be unclean/unsanitized. The pillows did not smell clean like they had been washed. Instead they smelled like someone had just laid down the day before and no one removed the pillow covers.

The motel needs updated badly. AC not very good. We set it at 64 and it was still very warm. I had to stuff a rag in the bathtub drain so I could take a bath. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was a screw in the door handle that was sticking out an inch. The carpeting was nasty and all the doors needed painted or something. We don't recommend.
