Welcome to our home, in the heart Mooresville and steps away from Lake Norman's Inland Sea Marina.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom offering space to refresh after a fun day outside.
The cozy living area provides space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table and patio seating.

Our host was extremely gracious as we were moving and needed a place for a few days to hang our hat!! She was attentive and the home so adorable with every amenity possible and close to the lake. It was the relaxing place we so needed!!

Great stay!
My family & I were in NC for my nephew’s graduation. Jamie’s place was perfect for our stay! It was very cute, cozy, and clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. While we weren’t there for the lake, it was a nice bonus to be able to look out the front windows and see the lake or sit on the front deck and enjoy it! Jamie was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had very quickly. House was well stocked with anything you would need. She even had a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge when we arrived. House also has a large yard which was nice since our mini schnauzer was with us. Just a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, & really good ice cream! Hope to stay here next time I visit family in NC! Definitely will be back in 2 years when my other nephew graduates. Highly recommend!!!!

Fall Fishing Tournament
Four of us stayed, two couples with two boat and trailer arrangements. The house was very clean and tidy, parking arrangements was great. Convenient location for any amenities needed. Communication with the host was excellent, I would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again .

Cutest Lake House!!
This property was perfect for my family of 4. My husband and I and our two boys 14 and 17! This place is so clean and everything‘s new inside. Such a quiet neighborhood right by the marina. We saw deer in the neighborhood. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this fabulous place! Cute little cottage.
