The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bedding on the beds. Please hand wash all pots and pans, but put all other dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Place all used towels in the laundry room.
Please make sure that the kayak is secure in the holder and put away any games such as cornhole back under the porch. Please be remove trash from the outdoor dock and put furniture back.
Please message the owner if there were any issues during your stay or if the propane tank for the grill is low or empty. Please clean up any pet messes from the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely NO DIVING from the top level of the dock.
Please be respectful of the noise ordinances no outside noise after 11 pm on weeknights, midnight on weekends
