Dog-Friendly Lakefront cabin w/Free WiFi, Patio, Deck, Dock, & Water Views

"Stayed last weekend it was open. House was a little chilly w/ no heating but luckily they had free firewood. Did some sailing, canoeing, hanging out on beach and checked out Burlington + Shelburne farms. Finn was an awesome caretaker, super nice. Definitely want to return!"

Dog-friendly cabin right on the lake with lots of space, screened porch, & boats

"Great location! Very helpful and friendly island staff! Wonderful screened-in front porch overlooking the lake. Nice beach with access to different water crafts. As the listing indicates, there is no A/C (and also no ceiling fans) - the property manager did bring in box fans after we asked. The house is older but clean. It doesn’t have a lot of the usual amenities and wasn’t as comfortable as other places we’ve been, but our family had fun."

"We loved our stay on Garden Island. Its a beautiful small private island with several old homes on it, and a wonderful trail that circles around the island and passes through an old cedar forest. We stayed in the small cottage called Oaks, which is located beneaht a giant old oak. It's called the 'honeymoon cottage' but my husband and I were glad we weren't honeymooners as the tiny bedroom had two single beds. There is a futon in the main room, but one would have to move the kitchen table to...

Dog-friendly retreat with porch, kayaks, & amazing views - right on the water

"We can't say enough good things about Garden Island and staying in Willow cabin (boathouse). It's all about being next to Lake Champlain. The peace, the beauty, the many ways to play or rest. Relaxing on the screened in porch is awesome in all weather and was our favorite feature. It has a million dollar view that far surpasses most rental homes and definitely is the best on the island. The sandy beach, the dock, the kayaks, the sprawling lawn, the Adirondack chairs offer abundant ways to kick...

Classic lakefront cabin with screened-in porch & great views - dogs welcome

"This cabin reminded me of the VT camps of my childhood. Simple, low-tech, and amazingly relaxing. Our family played endless games, read books every morning, and completed many puzzles on the screened-in porch. The shared beach with kayaks and sunfish, made for fun days in the water. If you are looking for a rustic and beautiful VT lake experience, this is it. No frills, just natural beauty."
