Lovely 4 bedroom home in quiet family neighborhood. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. There was an air fryer and Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods were provided as well. The bedrooms all had memory foam mattresses which were very comfortable. Backyard is private and fenced in. Conveniently located with easy access to all areas of Charlotte. Thank you for providing a home away from home for our family reunion.

Beautiful weather and location for a family gathering in Charlotte.
The house is beautifully situated in a pretty neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants. The airport is close, and this older home is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

This house had very little to make you feel welcomed. No instructions on operation of tv, heat and a/c, fireplace. Stains on towels and bedding. Have to wash before leaving although you pay a cleaning fee. No soap, shampoo in bathrooms. Dollar store quality kitchen utensils, pots and pans. If you are going to offer your home, make it a home away from home. Location was great.

Kitchen set up was barely sufficient. Little to no cookware, minimal pots and pans, no blender as advertised. While it was Fall the leaves could have been blown off the front walk and back porch for our arrival. Would have helped 1st impressions.

Everything was very clean. I was surprised to see the review of a stay prior to ours, as there was no evidence of mouse droppings anywhere, so this has obviously been resolved. We arrived in the late evening, so we appreciated all the ambient lights being on so that we could find our way through the house. The owners were very responsive and flexible with our requests. We would stay at this property again.

Very Nice Property!
The property is lovely, very clean and modern, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated. The beds and bed linens were great, everyone stated that they slept well and were comfortable. All of the bedrooms were spacious, have queen sized beds (1 king) and large closets. The deck is was an added bonus, once the bad weather broke we had the use of the deck to just be outside with each other. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking, I did not see many small appliances, but there was plenty of cabinet space that could have housed those things. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and had plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again, when in the Charlotte area.
