Room was clean, comfortable and in a great location for many good walkable dining and drinking options; French Toastery and Piedmont Social had excellent food/craft beers/staff. Easy to park for hotel. Staff were super nice. Breakfast at hotel was ok at best. Coffee in lobby very good. Air conditioner was terribly noisy and made it hard to fall asleep. Would’ve liked to have a coffee maker in the room.

The only downside on my opinion is that it doesn't have a guest laundry room and I had to walk to a hotel near by in order to do the laundry. Breakfast was great, thr staff was very friendly and neighborhood is nice and quiet.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel (including the room) was clean and in good condition. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed a place to stay in that area.

We don't stay in hotels very often as we are campers and have our own accommodations. However, we were out of town not camping for this trip. Since discovering Tru years ago we don't stay anywhere else. Staff was super friendly. This is our 2nd stay here and the hotel is always spotless. They take great pride in their place of business. It's convenient to where we needed to go. No complaints.

This was my first stay at TRU. I travel a lot more than most people, for work, and I thought this hotel was simply wonderful. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was furnished beautifully, with a great tv, and movable desk, fridge, hangers, and it was spotless! I felt like I was the first person to stay there ever! Great soap! I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is wonderful! Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable. This looks like a brand new hotel, great lobby! Breakfast looked decent. I'll be back!
