Winding Down is an open-concept living space featuring a modern farmhouse look. With plenty of windows welcoming the outdoors in, the natural light flows in, creating an open and airy feel.
On the main level, you will find the perfect gathering spaces with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area offering views of the lake from wherever you choose to sit! The full-length screened-in porch is easily accessible from any room. On the deck, there is a propane grill. Just step out and enjoy your morning coffee and the tranquil sounds from the lake, or grab your drink and soak in Lake Norman's breathtaking sunsets.
The living area has brand-new furniture, including a large, comfortable leather couch, 2 chairs, a coffee table, and a large TV. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked for all your group needs, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The eat-in area has a 6-top round table and countertop with 4 bar stools for plenty of options for eating space. When it's family mealtime, the dining area will suffice with a large farmhouse table that seats 6 and opens to the kitchen.
This gorgeous home features 7 bedrooms that sleep 20 and 5 and a half baths! With bedrooms on all 3 levels of the home, it offers both comfort and convenience for your group.
On the main level, discover a primary bedroom with a full bath, a queen suite, and a king suite, all featuring large plush bedding and pillows for a restful sleep. You will be right at home while feeling relaxed and pampered.
The upper level features luxurious sleeping areas, including two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room. The bunk room is perfect for the kids, with two twin-over-full bunk beds that sleep 6, and a TV. Need some alone time? Hideaway in the cozy reading nook upstairs and get lost in a book!
The lower level is where the fun and games happen! This is the perfect area to entertain and be entertained! Here, you will find the gaming area equipped with pool, darts, and board games. There's fun for all ages! A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances allows you to prepare a meal for your entire group. There is an additional sleeping suite on the lower level with two queen beds and an attached bathroom.
Winding Shore's latest addition is the sports den. Steps from the back door, the former garage is set up to entertain all ages! One side has an 85" TV and two 55" TVs, a sectional and foosball. The other side of the sports den features a golf simulator, putting green, and more TVs to enjoy all the action.Don't forget the full-size fridge and freezer to keep all adult beverages cold. There is a bar sink to prep meals and a full bathroom, including a urinal! Step outside and grab three other friends for a friendly game on the newly installed pickle ball court!
For your relaxation and pleasure, when you step outside, you will find a cove, dock, hot tub, and fire pit for your outdoor adventures. Don't forget the pool with a sunning deck, which is a perfect place to unwind after a long lake day and plan the next day's adventures.
The outside area is equipped with a kayak, stand-up paddle board, corn hole & Connect Four. Games inside or outside make Winding Down everyone's favorite new lake house! Truly a great home for making wonderful family memories to be treasured for years to come!

- This home comes with 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
