"This tiny house was great for some alone time with your partner. The only downsides were, there was a coffee pot you could make coffee on the stove, but no coffee maker. Your are set out in the country some, so some insects are to be expected, but they mostly stayed on the first floor, there was a decent amount of ants in the kitchen (windows were rustic, so they were coming in there) we just kept any food in the fridge. The handle on the tub is broken off, and we found it weird that already...

"The little green house was conveniently located and easy to find. The house is older, but was tastefully and comfortably decorated. My biggest concern was the steps to enter the house. Although there are few stairs, the top one is quite steep. I use a walker and have tremendous difficulty climbing any stairs or walking any distance. I had so much trouble getting into the house, because of those steps. I was in pain and in tears; we considered just leaving. If you could make the front steps more...

"The house is wonderfully renovated and charming. The neighborhood is quiet with its own charm. It’s within a few blocks of several great coffee shops, restaurants and an ice creamery. Plus, several vineyards and microbreweries are only a short drive away. And if you want to visit Charlottesville it’s also nearby. It’s a great place to stay. We highly recommend it."

"It’s perfect for a family of 4 or two couples. The pool is amazing, the ambiance, the lighting just perfect for pictures. Also, the cottage equipped with everything needed. We were able to get instacart & DoorDash to deliver. Good time in deed and plan on going back next year for sure. "
