Nice hotel, staff need training, very willing.
"Ideal location for Stratford. Hotel rooms clean and functional. Dinner was a challenge, the food was excellent but the front of house staff were very limited in training and had to be chased constantly for everything. Checkin became complicated and the manager had to step in, just more training required ..."

"Gorgeous building, slightly tired but charming old interior. Well cleaned. Breakfast was just average, self service hot food that was only warm and new toaster needed - options were either anaemic or burnt. Bed was very comfortable except pillows. Great self contained apartment
"Second time staying here. You need to pay your deposit and download an app for electronic check in. Can get a bit confusing but we're OK with it now. Property is self contained and an Aldi to the road for supplies. It was hot and a fan was provided. Thank you"

"Emails before visiting were easy to follow. Given the price at the centre of Coventry, the cleanness and preparedness were both superb. Two sets of pillows and towels and many kitchen utensils were great."
