Terrible Customer Service Despite a Decent Hotel
The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

Hôtel propre et correct pour une nuit ou deux dans la chambre il y a un mini frigo et un micro honde a disposition. Le site du futuroscope es vraiment pas loin. Pour le tarif proposer c’est très bien.
