"For the most part the hotel was nice. I asked for a second floor room (they said call next time to request), luckily they were able to change. I didn't hear much ( I am a light sleeper) the first couple of nights, but on Friday night people were very loud, so I didn't sleep much. Room was very basic, comfortable, but just a bed, bathroom and small desk. They give you a hot water kettle and some instant coffee. Breakfast was OK, basic continental fare. Can't recommend dinner there, it was...

"It was a lovely, roomy place to stay. Although there isn’t much to do or see in the immediate area, it is quiet, and the center of town is just a tram ride away. "

"The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc."
