"Was very tranquil. During our stay very hot, we were offered air conditioning which we declined as meant more to pay and we were on a budget. I didn't realise towels not included, I don't think web site made it clear. Facilities good but shower very small for my husband who is disabled. "We spent a wonderful week here this summer with our two young children. The location of the cabin is excellent, with a descent super market in the village, petrol station, golf club and a few bars. There are many beautiful villages within 20 minutes drive with restaurants and bars. 10 mins drive is a lovely lake which we swam in as well as hired a kayak, perfect when the temperature was 30 degrees! Also there’s a climbing/forest activity which we spent the whole day at less than 10 minutes away...

"This is wonderful ground floor apartment in an old mill. It is beautifully furnished. The grounds are lovely and spacious and our children loved running around in the woods up the hill and playing in the pool. Also, seeing the herons in the weir.
