"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "

"The chalet and the location was really nice. Owners greeted us very well and showed us around the chalet. We can everything we needed, bedsheets, towels etc. Would definitely revisit next time."

"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people. "

"It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "
