We were assigned a handicapped room. It was roomy, but the bed was uncomfortable and too low, and so was the mirror in the bathroom. The hotel itself was beautiful, with beautiful views of the Thames River. We also enjoyed the spa but would have liked to have had access to it later in the evening. Closing the steam room facilities at 6:30 PM seems a little early. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were costly and okay.

"The room was very pleasant. It was very warm in the room even with the radiator off and window open. Could do with more power sockets and one by the bed but otherwise absolutely fine.
