It’s in the middle of everything. Walmart is less than 3 miles.

The lamp between the beds had a broken chin switch and the lamp socket was also loos in the fixture, and the lamp obviously would not work, The toilet seat was loose on the left hand side and difficult to use. The shower was out of body wash soap. It was convenient and neat to have a retro 50's style refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot, most of which were not used. The moon pies were a blast from the past and a nice touch.

The unit was cute & clean. The mattress was TERRIBLE. It was too soft and kept folding in on us. We didn’t sleep at all and packed up at 6:00 am to find another hotel. The shower was made for either very short, skinny people or very thin people. Or small children. I fit in it but couldn’t really wash off. The location of the shower head combined with the unit’s measurements made it impossible to even work up a lather with my loofah cloth. We wanted to love this property but the uncomfortable mattress and shower more suited to Hobbits as opposed to humans, we had to run away. Scored a corner suite on the top floor of the Hampton in downtown Chattanooga and enjoyed the rest of our stay in comfort with amenities made for grown adults. As for the staff, there wasn’t any. It was a rental company hidden behind an email address and text messages. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone and got a “sorry you’re unhappy” text response. Do not stay on any property owned by PMI. Spend your money at Hampton or the Read House or the Chattanoogan. 0/10 would not recommend this place.

The rooms were nice tidy and clean. The rooms are reasonably priced for the condition of the property. The property is literally on the highway and so you hear lots of traffic and the rooms aren’t very sound proof to mitigate the sound of traffic.

Lodge at Lookout Mountain is a very nice property. The room is very spacious and clean, with great appliances and comfortable beds. The only drawback is that it is right by a big road. It is quite noisy at night and I feel I am exposed.. Besides, driving into the lodge is also a bit scary. Lookout Mountain is quite nice and close to downtown (10 minutes drive).

Dirty couch, dirty bed sheets, nasty mold smell, dirty shower. Cars flying by, lodge basically on street. Very disappointed that Expedia recommended this place. Ruined my anniversary weekend. I spent 2 nights and they did not address the issues till the next day in the evening. Great! When my trip was almost over. The first night we had to use towels to go to sleep. We did not know where to sleep! Do not recommend!! I have pictures i would love to upload.

Very clean and a nice place to stay. Close to a lot of the attractions that are offered in Chattanooga. Our only complaint was the TV. You had no way of getting any local channels or sports (for the hubby) and he was not a happy camper. It was 735 channels of old shows and programs.

We stayed there for 2 nights during our weekend getaway to Chattanooga. The room was great and had everything we needed for the 2 nights. Check-in was simple, and received text message from staff to ensure everything went well with this process and they checked on us after our 1st night to ensure everything was well. I would recommend this place to family and friends. We would stay again our next visit there.

Our stay here was fantastic i wish we had time to stay longer propery is big with 2 very large beds lovely bathroom and shower seating area microwave coffee maker with pods milk etc had a back atea which had a fire pit bbq etc unfortunately we couldn't get the fire pit to work but wasn't a problem its on main road but didn't hear traffic at night if you turn left ruby falls is 5 min drive right lots of places to eat and shops etc gas station also rock city etc is just up road 20 mins as is Chattanooga i highly recommend the cabin befs are very comfortable eith great pillows 💯 for cleanliness 👍
