Unit C 10 Mins to Downtown! River Front Vacation W/ Water Access

After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Our friends and neighbors next door, River Gorge Excursions, rent pontoon boats as low as $200.00 guided and unguided! Contact owner Jesse Gaylor (423) 987-1711 for rates and availability.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.

Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats.. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.

NOTE: This condo is on the second floor, therefore it is not suited for handicapped or elderly. We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Clean and comfortable. Well stocked except needed a dish cloth or sponge to hand wash a few dishes. Otherwise great. The view of the river and mountains were fantastic! We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony. We had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful time.

We had a great stay at this location, right on the river, it was gorgeous to wake up to. We didn’t take advantage of the kayaks but we sure did want to get in the water, it was a little dirty and mossy at the edge though! We got there after dark so we were unsure where to park as it wasn’t totally well lit. When we did figure it out, be careful down the steep slope to the small parking lot! I was grateful there was parking close to our unit though once we figured it out! The inside was renovated and cozy and was acceptable to our needs. My only issue would be the unstable steps getting to the unit on second level and the top bunk in the bedroom. Prolly only stable enough for a child but we did manage an adult up there. There was an air mattress but we chose not to use that. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

Loved the river!
Ray the host/owner was nice and welcomed us when we got there. Riverfront is a wonderful place to be and relax. The deck, firepit and fishing was our favorite part and seeing the boats go up and down the river. Canoes are available too. People there are friendly. We loved the view from the balcony. It was a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Comfortable accommodations and everything we needed to cook a few meals at the condo. Very clean and we felt safe. Neighbors were nice and it was quiet at night. The only negative was the parking lot is a little steep, BUT that is a minor negative.The location is close to Walmart and all local attractions, as well. We loved our stay and so did our kids.

Peaceful, relaxing Getaway
We highly recommend this unit. We cannot say enough about the breathtaking views of the Tennessee River and mountains. Flowers, singing birds,and beautiful butterflies add to the beauty as well. Kayak use is free and is an added bonus. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the grounds were well kept. It was such a peaceful place and a hidden gem . The great thing is it is tucked away from the busyness of downtown, but less than 10 minutes away from area attractions, a grocery store, and walmart. You cant go wrong staying here. We will be going back asap.

Beautiful property
Great property with wonderful view and close enough to the city if you want to go in. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, not out of rudeness just how the unit was set up. But owners had thought of everything and even included a sound machine to help my husband sleep as he is a light sleeper. In other words the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Would stay again.

We rented this condo for a family getaway on Labor Day and had the absolute best time. It's just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. And it's got a beautiful porch overlooking the Tennessee river. Where you can relax and watch the sunset or sip your morning coffee.

Travel ball and mini family vacation
We were in town for travel ball and wanted to make a little mini vacation out of with the family. It was the perfect place. We brought the jet skis was able to dock it there the whole time. The kids had a blast and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Allision and Ray were great to deal with. They respond right away every time I had questions. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location on the river is beautiful. The condo was very clean and there were extras of everything, which we appreciated. It had a very homey and comfortable feel. The only negative was the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and it really needs to be changed. But other than that, we enjoyed our time there!

The condo was clean and the views of the river were nice. It appeared to be close to the description on the listing. Our biggest complaint was the main room mattress. It sunk down in the middle and made it unbearable for 2 people to sleep in the bed. My husband attempted to sleep on the couch and it was awful as well. We did not make a big fuss over it ,but let the manager know we were leaving because neither of us slept and we couldn't go 2 more nights like that. We asked for a refund for the days that were left, since we went to find a hotel to stay at the remainder of our time there. I got no response back and no refund. In addition to the main bed being awful, the upper bunk bed's box spring was completely ripped open and exposed to anyone sleeping under it in the lower bunk. ( it bothered my daughter but i took some spare sheets and covered the holes and exposed wires)
