"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Staff super friendly, cheerful and helpful. We were given a ground floor room without being asked when they spotted one of us was disabled. Food in the diner was great and quick. Bed super comfortable. I’m not keen on the drinking water tap, hot and cold, being out in the corridor! Getting back into the room whilst balancing a jug full of boiling water is not safe for an old person with shaky hands or a young person with one arm."

"The Moxy has a really cool vibe with nice deco and a happening bar. It’s in a busy part of Bristol right across from Cabot Circle shopping mall. They do a buffet breakfast which is ok. We ventured to the Bristolian which is a 10 minute walk one morning and they serve a fantastic breakfast! Room was clean and quiet. Nice shower and comfy firm bed."
