"Ideally situated for public transportation into city centre. Numerous eateries situated within foot. No food available. Rather run down and seedy. Limited reception staff hours. Close to children’s nursery. Security an issue."

"The staff were very friendly and very helpful but the facilities were shocking. I didn’t mind using the shared bathroom but the shower’s hot water didn’t work (or had run out by 7am both days), the TV in my room had no signal and the blinds (in view of a main road) didn’t shut properly. The room wasn’t very clean and I didn’t bother with the Breakfast on my last day as it consisted of toast and a fried egg (which was disappointing considering how much I paid for my stay). "I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"Friendly staff and clean big rooms. Between T1 and T2 and convenient for a one day stay while waiting to catch a national or an international flight. Connections to both terminals via a covered walkway. Good restaurant and 12pm checkout. Essentially everything I look for in an airport hotel."
