New owners, who are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I love that the security has been upped, with the front doors now being locked at night. Simple use of your key to open after hours. "Will be much better once renovations are completed . The $150.00 hold on your card is , in my opinion , way over the top and takes 10 working days before released !! Have stayed in top quality hotels where hold is nowhere near as much and availability of funds back within 25 hours . This is an ongoing gripe with this property !!
