Garden with large sun terrace, pergola for barbecue, solarium by the pool with several relaxation areas. The property has put the emphasis on a modern and functional move in and valued the natural spaces. Very nice bike ride along the estuary and in the countryside. very nice environment to paddle in the canals and the Seudre and marshes.
