酒店的服務屬於主動式的服務，這種已經很少見，一般好的酒店，服務人員的臉都是一副高高在上，甚至是跩個二五八萬，這間酒店的服務生可以看見服務客人是很驕傲的，房間內的Mini bar提供的飲料及小吃，讓人覺得挺大方，也把成都小吃一次是的展現，這次也算是考察酒店的出差，缺點的話有兩點，一個是馬桶沒什麼特別，就是一般的馬桶，另外就是沐浴使用的產品，歐舒丹雖然不錯，但是這樣的精品酒店，使用的卻是國產的歐舒丹，這兩點頗令人失望，不過有聽酒店說，他們即將更換沐浴產品，馬桶的建議，酒店也採納，肯接受建議的酒店是好酒店的基本

投入较大但管理不到位，房间自动窗帘和遥控器使用没有服务人员讲解，12点以后办理入住等了2个小时没有歉意，客房内卫生不干净玻璃脏，桌子上还有污渍，窗帘一角坏了没人整理，服务人员下午进入房间更换酒水打扰客人休息～另外晚上宽窄巷子噪音大影响睡眠

Amazing hotel in a wonderful city

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The hotel is in a prime location in Chengdu, a beautiful pedestrian alley with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel is gorgeous. Not just the lobby and restaurant area, but also the rooms. They are modern. Ours had two private outdoor bamboo gardens, floor to ceiling windows with motorized drapes and blackout curtains, 3 TVs, an enormous bathroom, walk-in closet, and a living room. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and they went out of their way to be helpful. My girlfriend had gotten sick on the last day of our stay. They sent someone with me in a cab at 4AM TO THE 24 hour pharmacy. Later they arranged transportation to a clinic for westerners, helped me walk her to the car, and even left two umbrellas in the car for us. I highly recommend the Diaoyutai. It was the most gorgeous hotel I've stayed at in some time, and it was a wonderful experience.
