"The perfect getaway — lovely cosy evenings by the fire, and days spent in this heavenly French chateau and its grounds. Lots of tennis played on the clay court (sadly too chilly to use the pool) but excursions to beautiful Chablis, Auxerre and the abbey at Pontigny were particular highlights. Can’t recommend enough!"

Rustic village with good supermarket next to pretty river Yonne, Excellent tarmac cycle path along nearby canal du Nivernais. Lots of wine tasting. Recommend visiting Noyers, Auxerre, Vezelay. Only negative is the outside of the apartment, which is not pretty and has no view. Turin Shroud!!!!ne. "

"Our family of 4 loved this stay. Traveling with 2 teenagers; it can sometimes be difficult to find the space everyone wants. This house was perfect for us and our needs. Stephanie and Frank were very kind and very easy to communicate with. We only wish we could’ve spent more time there…hopefully some day we will be able to return. "

"We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The house has got everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. "We had a very nice family get together in this spacious and beautiful house and garden. The house had a lived in feel and was generously provided which meant we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time together and the small children especially loved the enclosed garden with swings, a Wendy house and children’s toys and seats The proprietor very kindly picked us up from the station and gave us a warm welcome. We would certainly recommend it to other families."

"It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. "
