"Debbie & Alan are wonderful hosts making you feel like you are part of the family. The accommodation is clean comfortable & sits in a beautiful location. We sat on the dock over the river watching the sun go down. Debbie’s breakfast are the best we had in the US& as you share the table with other guests breakfast is both entertaining and enlightening. Advice on what to see locally was good. We would recommend Marvels on the Creek without any hesitation. "

"Property was very clean, quiet nice big room. Didn’t care much for the food, they are better places to eat around the location. I would stay there again, and I recommend it."

"Overall I loved staying here, super cool aesthetic and great location. The front-dest staff and service was subpar for the price point...I was going to a wedding at the hotel and they wanted to charge me $75 to check-in a few hours early which I declined. I've never heard of a hotel doing that before. "

"Hotel had a room ready so our Check in was early. Enjoyed meeting our friends in lovely lobby. Walked to a great restaurant then National Gallery. Made it back to The George for Happy Hour! Enjoyed our visit Found a Irish Pub for dinner with music 2nd night "
