Inside the home was beautifully decorated and stocked with all things required to have a great stay. Our host was super helpful before and during our stay. There were sitting areas, smart tv's in all bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out.

Family Trip to Washington D.C.
The location was a great place to rest after a full day in Washington D.C. and less than an hour driving time. The Chesapeake Beach and North Beach areas also provide restaurant options. There is a nice little boardwalk in North Beach to grab some ice cream and stroll. However, there is actually limited beach access. There are places to pay to enter and a water park in Chesapeake Beach. The property was updated nicely, the living areas were very comfortable, and Lamar was responsive to requests - we needed to adjust our dates and worked to get the WiFi operational. The cleaning crew could have been a little more diligent since we were staying for a week - there were stains on the couch, limited restock of paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The out of sight areas could also be cleaned up regularly like under the beds. Overall, a very nice stay.

Nice beach-themed house
The house was clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The spiral stairs down to the lower level laundry/bedroom may be a little difficult to navigate for some. The beds were pretty comfortable but there was only one thin queen sized quilt on each bed and no extra bedding. We had to use the portable space heater in the primary bedroom to keep that room warm while not overheating the rest of the bedrooms. The neighborhood was just ok - some nice houses and some pretty run down houses but we felt safe overall, would stay again.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
The property is as described, and was extremely comfortable & clean! Beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Communication could have been just a little bit better—an alarm went off when we arrived and we had to figure it out on our own, and then we didn’t receive cleanup instructions until the last minute but other than that the property itself was perfect! Highly recommend :)

Interior exactly as pictured. Every room was comfortable. Kitchen nicely stocked. The sun room was our favorite gathering place. Nice view of the Chesapeake Bay.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, which is nicely decorated for the Bayside setting and so convenient to Rolands Grocery in Chesapeake Beach! The house is well furnished with everything you could think of needing. We would rent from this host again.

What an amazing home! The beds are so comfortable, the property is extremely clean and it was supplied with everything that we could possibly need. The owner answered all my questions promptly before we arrived and the check in process was very smooth. Thank you for sharing your home with us. This house appears brand new. It is decorated in beach house style and you can even get a far off view of the Chesapeake Bay from the sunroom windows. The beds are super comfortable. Location is near water park and restaurants. We especially liked Boardwalk Cafe and Traders Seafood.
