Pros: Safe area, clean, decent breakfast, many dining options nearby Cons: Very loud (highway noise & thin walls let us hear our neighbor's easily) Thankfully, the hotel room A/C/Heater had a function to have a constant fan, and that (plus earplugs) blocked a lot of the noise so we actually were able to sleep well.

The staff are attentive, professional and welcoming. My room is clean and well lighted. The corridors, especially the 2nd floor need attention. The walls are dirty and carpet is stained.
