No kitchen equipment.. only utensils were 2 mismatched wine glasses, no manual or instructions for hot water,or heating,..we had to figure this out laboriously. Carpet in living room was filthy. We were awake until 3 am (Freshers week) and the students congregated at the all night pizza place outside the bedroom window! When we finally got some sleep,thestreet cleaners started at about 5 am.! This is a brief litany of complaints. Loud neighbours who smoked heavily in the corridors.Poor response from Eastgate livng. Parking recommended was a desolate vacant lot.

Apartment was spotlessly clean. Nice and bright. Clear communication about how to access the key before we arrived. Conveniently located a short walk from the town centre with grocery stores, cafes and restaurants close by. The only drawback about the central location is the noise from the street below can be heard if you are a light sleeper. Other than that its perfect for a short break in Chester.
