"Where to start.. The Conrad cancelled our booking with 36 hours notice with no explanation or compensation. Disgraceful customer service The Conrad then offered us a room at their sister hotel (Bai di Chia) but at a rate that was £1000 more expensive than i could secure myself directly.... A move that further added insult. - All very stressful... Flights had been booked independently so we had no option but to persist and fly to Sardinia as originally planned.. We elected to stay at the Baia di Chia begrudgingly. Upon arrival we could not check in until gone 5pm as rooms were not ready. The room we were given was small and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom facilities were very dated and the installation of the shower door problematic The shower flooded both the bathroom and bedroom within 2 minutes of use - This took me an eternity to clean up and make safe after the fact. We were then moved to another room. "

"Stefano meets you at his villa and when you leave. He is very helpful and is the contact if you have any problems and provides very helpful local information. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor area has the most amazing view and the pool is wonderful. Outside area has dining table, coffee table with seating plus sofa and loungers. Table tennis and beach equipment there for your use. Parking available next to villa and is quiet as it is at end of the road. Glorious beaches within 5-10 min drive and others not much further. Small charge for parking at most beaches. Note - Sundays are busy on beaches! Shops and restaurants a short drive away. Full air conditioning. Note steps externally to villa and tight indoor spiral staircase may be an issue for some. Sleeps 7 but may be a bit busy if everyone wanted to be at the same place at the same time. We were a couple staying and it was perfect."

"We had a peaceful and relaxing stay here and really enjoyed the beautiful coastline and easy access to several stunning beaches. The beach just a couple of minutes’ walk from the end of the garden was particularly lovely — a real highlight.The house felt comfortable enough for our family. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, two good bathrooms, and the generous supply of clean towels. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the holiday letting company were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.A few practical additions would have made things easier — we had to buy a new gas lighter for the hob, there was no kettle (which caused some panic as a Brit!), not enough bin bags and only three dishwasher tablets were provided. The dishwasher itself was also very noisy. A few more basic utensils (like proper cereal bowls) would also have been useful.Some of the fittings are a little tired.The beds were on the firmer side, and plumper pillows would have made them more comfortable. A couple of proper outdoor loungers would have been a nice touch.The house is at the end of a terraced row, and we were the only guests during our stay — which made it especially quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the calm setting and access to such a beautiful stretch of coast."

"Excellent property - fantastic location close to numerous lovely beaches. The property itself is very well appointed with wonderful South facing views towards the sea from both the terrace (dining) and pool. Host was also extremely helpful with lots of local suggestion."

"Villa Floridiana was amazing everything you need and more. The location was perfect short walks to wonderful beaches. Close to hotel where you can get ice cream and pizza.Hosts were fantastic and accommodating can’t wait to go back."
