I felt very taken care of there. The staff was so helpful and kind..The hallways, the elevator, the front desk was so clean..and modern.. the rooms furniture though did not match that..The furniture was old, the windowsill looked like a dog had gnawed on it..the mattress could have been newer and more comfortable

Major issue, and this is why I would not give it 5 stars. For a 4-star hotel, not to have free water and coffee 24/7 in room or lobby is inexcusable and irresponsible. We could not believe that this situation existed. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely great and everything else were excellent.

"The location of the hotel is very good. Front desk staff not friendly. Housekeeping they clean the room every day but please use bathroom cleaner the bathroom on our 3rd days has bad smell already.
