We booked two rooms. One was in decent condition although not a 4 star caliber, but overall decent. The second room looked like a completely different hotel, a one star moțel. Old, cramped, dirty, musty, and overall terrible. I asked the front desk to change the room, but they refused. They just brought new sheets. Terrible experience.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. Amazing meals I would give it 5*. The hotel needs a little updating. A little TLC. I enjoyed the spa area but would have liked to see a nicer outdoor pool area Friendliest staff I have ever met.

A Charming Hotel
I booked the same day of arrival…they were ready for me, accommodating and very friendly. They have a spa so I splurged with a massage…fabulous. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t have an “excellent “ rating…they should!

It's a lovely hotel and the spa is good. Nice atmosphere and easy check in. Pool is small but perfectly adequate for a spa. The breakfast was nice, but mostly cakes and pastries, a boiled egg would have been nice. The room was too hot and though we called reception twice and 2 men came to look at it, in the end they weren't able to fix the problem. This interrupted our sleep. Also the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. Noisy. We would definitely stay again as on the whole the experience was good.

Servizi e personale ottimi, camera rumorosa
Hotel che si difende bene nonostante a Chianciano Terme diverse strutture siano chiuse da tempo: terme nel piano interrato, piscina sul tetto, ristorante piacevole e colazione adeguata. Una nota di merito a tutto il personale, veramente gentile e disponibile in ogni situazione. Nota negativa la camera assegnata (608): rumorosissima, al penultimo piano e vicina al motore di condizionamento (credo). Restando due sole notti e dormendo come dei sassi non ci siamo lamentati, ma forse avremmo dovuto. Comunque sia, una camera da non augurare a nessuno (salvo che sia l'ultima..).

Albergo con Spa interna a Chianciano
L’albergo è un pò datato e in generale avrebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione (ma d’altra parte la maggioranza degli alberghi di Chianciano è un pò fatiscente) In generale soggiorno di una notte piacevole, personale molto gentile e accogliente, la Spa all’interno è il vero plus dell’albergo..piscina con acqua salata con cascate e idromassaggi, diversi tipi di sauna e bagno turco, personale della spa molto gentile e professionale (consiglio il trattamento orientale corpo con Samantha, fantastico!!) Colazione molto buona, varia e abbondante, dolci buonissimi.

Buon albergo nel centro di Chianciano
Nel complesso buono,grazie alla alta professionalita' e disponibilita' del personale. Ringrazio il ceck in per avermi accolto sopra le mie aspettative e richieste. Mi e' stata assegnata una camera confort al posto della basic da me prenotata. Purtroppo devo dire che la struttura ha i suoi anni e si vede per un 4 stelle. Nonostante fuori stagione (a Chianciano Terme a gennaio è tutto chiuso) è bene trovare una struttura come questa aperta per un meritato riposo da soli o in coppia. Reception, camera perfetto, la spa pure, il ristorante non l'ho provato (un po' caruccio ) la colazione del mattino ottima e abbondante peccato che non c'è una macchina espresso per il caffè a disposizione. Premesso che andava più che bene tutto , migliorie si possono fare.Set in camera lo completerei con un campione di crema corpo, data la presenza della piscina. L'accesso alla piscina coperta ai bambini lo posticeperei alle 9 dando così la possibilità di utilizzarla di più agli adulti mattinieri ;) sarà perchè a me piace nuotare... In camera il riscaldamento era un po' troppo e poco regolabile. (Decisamente è una location da mezza età non comprendo cosa ci stiano a soggiornare coppie giovani...sarà che noi eravamo più giovani di spirito, i giovani di oggi nascono stanchi presto :):):) ma questa è una riflessione del tutto personale libera di essere condivisa o meno.)

Abbiamo fatto una piccola vacanza di 3 giorni. L'albergo gode di buona posizione, comodo parcheggio, ottimo ristorante interno, camere grandi con bagno di recente costruzione con grande vasca munita di idromassaggio. Piscina interna termale fruibile anche dai bambini. Da consigliare.

Sarà stata la stagione, ma fuori all'albergo c'è il nulla e il centro di Chianciano è a quasi 4 chilometri. Peccato, perchè l'albergo è buono.
