Absolutely loved this place. Right next to the square but off a quiet road. It had some of the best massage places and coffee right near the hotel. The hotel was super clean. The rooms were big and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great value

This is wonderful little hotel. A really great value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a super location as it is on the main road to the old city (Tha Phase) and only a couple blocks from the Night Bazaar and all that excitement.

A small but very nice hotel. Staff were very helpful and breakfasts were delicious! I never had passion fruit nor dragon fruit until I had breakfast here. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Chiang Mai.

We enjoyed our week here and were comfortable most of the time. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The marketing of this property makes it sound so much bigger and while that's not the case, we didn't feel like we'd been misled. Good location and access to all Chiang Mai has to offer.
