This is the third 21c Museum hotel I have been. I expected better from Chicago, but I was disappointed. The staff was polite at times, but also gaslighted me when I requested a wakeup call that I never received. This happened both nights I stayed there which leads me to believe that this system was never in place. Despite being a platinum member, I never received an upgrade. I think I am cool on the 21c hotels chain for now.

Lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location . Nice bar for relaxing and visiting in the evening .And the ART was amazing!! What a treat 😁 I plan on returning with friends just for that …. And to try out the restaurant ( The Lure) As we didn’t get a chance during this visit . I will definitely recommend this delightful hotel to my friends !

I just was not impressed and I know that the hotel has minimal control over art but as a minority woman it was a little off putting to see so many artworks of African Americans in the darkest hour of America. I think it contributed to the micro aggression experienced (a guest saw me and my white colleague exiting for dinner and immediately came to me and asked if I was valet). If

Francisco at the front desk was amazing at check-in. The hotel allowed us to check-in early without issue. We requested the use of a refrigerator, and one was in our room prior to checking in. The showers and water pressure are amazing! The daily resort fee is not appropriate for what you get......this seems to be a hidden charge.

Was pretty disappointed to find out that even though our original look into this property it said you offered parking only to get there and find out it was just a public parking garage that we had to pay $68.00 a day for or pay your property $75.00 a day for valet parking so that was a extra charge we were not really thinking to have.
