I was visiting from out of town and I made the reservation online, the staff was great. The only issue was there is only one person at check-in/out. Wonderful place, will be back.

Had a good time at the ALoft in Bolingbrook. Very helpful staff, and allowed me early check in due to my disability. They even said they waved my early check in fee, but I did pay more vs what I had when I made the reservations. It’s ok tho. Nice hotel.
