So it wasn't easy to check out only had one person there so just had to drop off keys but when checked in only two and still took some time. Also only have pool no hot tub

I have absolutely no complaints. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The shower was excellent and relaxing (good and plentiful soap and body lotion). I would definately stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Chicago (Magnificent Mile) again. Thank you.

Pros: hot shower with great water pressure on the 19th floor, clean, comfortable room, coffee maker, microwave & fridge, nice tv, nice atmosphere iver all. Cons: 2 coffee pods, 1 towel, no answer at the service desk with a full voicemail, wont give you what you need when you go to the desk for those items, 2 double beds when i booked 2 queen beds.
