Really great stay. A few places to eat within walking distance and other things to do are a 5-10 drive. Downside was that I thought they had a kitchen/food service at night but there wasn't anything other than what they had in their ready-made fridge. The receptionist was nice, and I was able to check in a few hours earlier than I was expected. Clean and affordable.

My experience was not pleasant and the reservation was not a full-filled purchased which required a king size bed upon arrival we were informed that are reservation was given to someone else without any notification to me and no other options I was force to stay in the hotel that did not meet my accommodations . After entering the room it was noticed that the toilet was not working properly and I had to put my hand in the toilet water to flush otherwise waste with have been sitting in the toilet all night. With all the frustration and disgust I went downstairs to speak to the front desk and they offered to provide another unaccomadating room so I informed them I need to speak with my wife since we had already settled in the room before making the choice of moving to different room, she then indicated to contact her via phone if I wanted to switch rooms. In attempt to contact the front desk the phone was out of order leaving me no choice but to pack our things and go downstairs to get a different room. The reason for choosing the Hyatt was the reputation and quality which I believed I would have received Insult to injury at check out while informing the front desk of the misfortuned incident her customer service was less than poor she found it necessary to dismissive of the situation and therefore I find it necessary to inform corporate operations of the dissatisfaction received. Not to mention I was told that so would receive an email from management and have not

I loved the stay the staff was very nice and respectful. Had a lot of patience with the 6 kids I had. There was one hiccup because the website does not say anything about the pool being under construction and that was my main reason for booking the hotel room but the front desk staff called the Hyatt Regency to get permission for us to use their pool. I was very grateful and they had a blast.
