This property is located a short 2 mile drive from Hyde Park, University of Chicago, Museum of Science and Industry and the Woodlawn area. The neighborhood is a quiet tree-lined street with easy access to the highway and public transportation.

Everything is brand new, sanitized and cleaned for your comfort. Luxurious bedding and furnishings are included with your enjoyment in mind.

We offer a full-sized kitchen which include new stainless-steel appliances, new stainless-steel fridge, gas range, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, free in unit washer and dryer, basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker and tea kettle as well as free Netflix/Roku.

Complimentary coffee pods, coffee maker, sweeteners and non-dairy creamer are available for your enjoyment. Complimentary dishsoap, handsoap/body wash, shampoo and conditioner and towels will also be available to you upon arrival. Your safety and security are our priority. There are ring doorbells with cameras facing the street exterior to the house and security flood light camera facing the backyard. The house has 2 levels of security with 2 secure entryways and motion detectors linked to ADT security.

Mixed group vist
While some of us attended a training the others did the tour thing. The host was very responsive and nice. The neighborhood seemed quiet during the day but not very safe at night.There aren’t things to do nearby but that was fine because we didn’t want to be out too late. Overall our stay was pleasant and the location made it easy to get places in Uber.
