I had a great stay at Motel 6. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring all my needs were met. The receptionist was friendly and professional, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel staff did not do enough to deal with a guests who were screaming, shouting and fighting from 2 am to 6 am at night on Jan 14. I woke up at 2 am and could never sleep feeling scared and disturbed from the aggressive and loud arguments and moving of heavy objectives coming from above my room. I called the hotel staff twice and went down to the lobby twice between 2 am and 5 am. This is not acceptable and I feel that I am entitled to refund for that night.
