The property itself is good. The only issue i had was the machine that makes key cards for the rooms was broken. I had to be escorted to my room and let in. This prooves to be a problem because there is only one person on hand to do so.

The airport shuttle is nice but they use a minivan that makes it so tight in there and uncomfortable. The vehicle also is not marked so it's difficult to know it's the right vehicle. You can hear the noise from upstairs and the rooms next to yours. We'll look for another hotel next time.

Walk with cane and was not offered handicapped accessible bathroom had no hand rails to pull self up from toilet almost to floor.Thankful my husband and granddaughter was there.Handicapped parking quite a ways from door and cars parked in handicap I watched one guy get pass for 5 day parking and put tag in car on dashboard in a handicap parking spot.Other than that young man doing breakfast I give him 5 stars greet everyone and had breakfast going and kept up on things and even carried a nice conversation with me .Except for handicap problems hotel beautiful and staff all friendly I give them a 5 also.I would recommend to anyone but please you see someone with disabilities please consider handicap room.

Check in was quick and easy. Free parking. Bar and grill was great with very attentive staff. Had a great time. Breakfast was aweful. Coffee tasted like dirty water. Waffle mix was too thick. Staff was very rude. Definitely need training in customer service. Bread and other items were not fully stocked.

The property is about 10 minutes drive from the airport and shuttle service is available to and from the property. The front desk gentleman was polite but it was clear he could've used an extra set of hands to checkin more people. The room was nice and tidy, but the toilet was very low.

This is a good hotel prior to a flight from ORD. The room walls are thin, you can hear noise and footsteps from upstairs and outside the room. The breakfast though is great, the shuttle to the airport is convenient. The parking fee is very reasonable.. We'd stay here again if flying out of ORD.
