I loved the apartment like hotel rooms. The decor and special touches were really nice! Location and pricing was also great!I just wish they had more elevators, with so many floors elevator waits were a little long. The property was nice enough however I wouldn’t stay again. There were a decent amount of younger people on our floor and at one point there was shouting in our hallway at 10pm that lasted 5-10 min. There were were people passing in the hall or elevator that wreaked of marijuana. The biggest complaint is that the room door going to the hall had literally a 1” gap at the bottom that let all that noise in. We tried to block it up with towels but didn’t work that well. It was really bizarre and had not seen anything like it compared to hundreds of other hotels I’ve stayed.

Amazing view and the apartment space was perfect. There was some cabinets that were banged up pretty good and the garbage disposal/dishwasher were not working but it was such a beautiful place that it didn't even matter. The valet was super helpful as you have to walk around the block and with alot of luggage it wasn't easy.

The only issue I have is that Expedia showed this hotel with free parking, when in fact there is no free parking. The only parking available is Public Parking about half a block away or Valet parking, which apparently also serves the Hotel Hilton next to door. In essence, the apartments are well maintained and beautiful. I do totally recommend this place, especially if you can visit in the summer to enjoy the parks nearby. Heynard

This is our second stay here. We do love this property. We had a few glitches this time. ID reader wouldn’t work so we had to bother the front desk people, but they were very helpful. There were 2 cans of sparkling water on the counter but no indicator of whether they were complimentary or not so we didn’t touch them but it would have been nice to know. Also our remote didn’t work so no TV and wasn’t really sure who one asks for batteries. None of this would change our feelings about the property, but a little more basic info would really be nice.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now and every time has been amazing. They have become the only place I will stay at in the city. The location is great with a parking garage around the corner at is very cheap. You get so many more amenities than a hotel and is an overall great experience. I highly recommend.
