Great Hotel

It was amazing.The customer service was great easy check in and the room / rooms were very clean and very comfortable I had a hard time waking my grand baby up lol he loved the room and hotel. We will be back there to stay well worth the experience.

The hotel itself could use a little TLC, but all the wonderful, kind staff who go above and beyond to help with any and all special requests make up for any short comings in the property. They were especially kind and helpful to our special-needs daughter.

Our room lock was broken and the door jam lock plate was broken. Chair in room had a broken arm rest. Staff was friendly and the bed was clean( I hooe !) Hotel looked like it was trying to “update “ but clearly had sub par renovations

When asked for my room was changed to a quieter location. I liked that for the short stay there were no unnecessary daily changes of towels, soap bars, no intrusion. Fresh food supermarket at walking distance. Plenty of parking. Quiet. There is a swimming pool, which was closed, but also not promised. No plastic recycle, as negative. Simple place, but neat, and the price was right.

Just a room to sleep in

Its fine for the quick business trip. The room was only to sleep in. The AC was cold. Had some ants in the room so every tickle i felt while in bed my mind assumed was an ant even though it wasnt. Did the online check in and then the front desk wanted me to do everything again because they didnt know they had online check in?!?! Only reason i use it is it in so close to were im working for the weekend and the price is the cheapest within the 15 minutes to the job site...
