Was lied about rollaway bed being available and would be complementary due to the sleeping arrangements not existing for 3. Rollaway bedding was not available. Was offered another room at a rate more than twice the rate paid originally. No one cared how my stay was during the stay or after. No one even asked during the checkout. This was a complete failure in customer service.

Not to the typical Ritz level. Traveled in very early. Did not get early check in. Asked for late check out. Was given an extra hour but housekeeping showed up at regular check out time. Elevators not adequate for volume of people. We did not get housekeeping after leaving at 9am and returning almost 3pm. Front desk was indifferent. Again, nothing horrible but not a value for price paid and definitely not consistent with prior Ritz experiences.
