Location is amazing as in the view!! Breakfast was fantastic (cinnamon waffles, coffee, etc). Staff was kind and attentive.Left a pot of coffee on my table each morning for coffee, loved that! Beer taps in restaurant were down during my stay.

I had an amazing stay at The Royal Sonesta Downtown Chicago! The location was perfect, with stunning city views and easy access to everything downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Property in general is really good but this time unfortunately show glass door had a leak and bathroom floor became really slippery. Bathroom door also make funny noise each time we open and close. Door had too many ink layers. We made front desk aware of both issues. Hope they will fix it promptly.
