Clean property overall, cleaning staff did not clean our room daily and we had to ask for towels and wash clothes. It is close and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

The location was great we walked to the Shedd aquarium in no time. The hotel was nice, we found it really irritating that we were constantly asked to join Hilton rewards by the staff standing at the elevators.
