Very clean and affordable room with a cozy vibe to it all. Would stay again.

Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico.
