"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

"This generously sized duplex apartment is clean, warm & spacious. It is conveniently located beside the Magnolta ski lift and directly beside the local public swimming pool which was ideal for us. There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. :-)"

"Es war alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei kleinen Problemen am Mobiliar kam der Vermieter sofort zum reparieren. Der Blick von der Terasse, der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer aus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Sogar noch schöner, besonders Abends. Ein Ventilator wäre gut, wenn mal wieder italienische Hitze ist und Fliegengitter. Die Mücken sind ganz schön aggressiv dort. Mit Mückenspray und Stecker ging es einigermaßen. It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. It wasn't so good on the little things that you would normally expect; no hand soap, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc. Personally, given that it came with a kitchen, I would expect a few basics items such as condiments and paper towels. "Ein wunderschönes Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Aber leider ist der Park nicht sehr gepflegt, auch am Strand war sicherlich schon lange nicht mehr aufgeräumt worden. Leider war der Schwimmteich nur sehr vorsichtig und nur mit Schuhen zu betreten, da die Stufen total glitschig und und verschleimt waren. "This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"Two weeks spent in the Valtellina at the height of summer. The house was ideally situated for exploring the various different small valleys that lead to the high mountains encircling the valtellina. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with little or no distractions. Everything in the house was as expected and we echo the recommendation to eat at the rifugio Mello."
