"Beautiful view from our room. Only down side was our room was on the warmer side. And we could not figure out the AC units remote. Even with google translate pictures, the settings werent working. "The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"It is a 5-star hotel with 5-star service :). If you miss the scheduled (only a few times during the day) pickup at the train station, just go to the cable car station and call the hotel. They will send a van to pick you up in less than 10 min. For travellers who use data only SIM plan, make sure you have app (we use Skype to make the call) that can make international phone call."
