The owners guidance is very useful and worth reading. Groceries are easy to find in the village store or at a spar supermarket down the road at the next town. "Le logement est accueillant et propre. Les chambres sont grandes. Le fait d'avoir des jeux et livres sur place pour les enfants était agréable. Dans les points qui ont été un peu plus compliqués pour nous : il n'y a qu'un WC au rez-de-chaussée et les escaliers sont très raides (avec de jeunes enfants qui se lèvent la nuit pour aller au WC, on avait un peu peur des chutes...). La cuisine est un peu étroite à 5. Mais globalement un séjour sympathique."

"The chalet was clean, although small, there was sufficient space for our motorcycle gear and space outside to leave luggage. The area around the lake is good for walking and due to it being end of season, very quiet throughout the day and night. The breakfast service was poor and does not represent good value. The first day there were no bowls for creals and no clean tea mugs. On the second day we were the only two diners. The cleaners were in the room drinking coffee when we arrived so there was not enough coffee left. I asked for more, they gave us a flask, locked the service room and left. They hadn't made more coffee but simply topped up the flask with water so the last bit we had was undrinkable. We then realised they had locked away the breads and croissants, leaving us nothing to eat. I told the office about this and as we had only eaten half a breakfast I asked for a refund of one but this was refused. We had a long ride that day and wanted a good start to the day, not to pay for the cleaners' breakfast. Overall the stay was good and I recommend it to others but advise against having the breakfast. "
