Lovely hotel

A lovely hotel with a 4 person family room. Easy check in and plenty of parking in their private car park 100m down the road (a new addition since our last stay). Will come again.

Beautiful quaint hotel. Would have been perfect but it was very hot when we were there but hotel quickly provided a fan that helped. The breakfast was very good and we loved the area.

Perfect stay at Hotel Rive Sud

Our stay at the hotel was perfect from start to finish. The owners are super friendly and offered plenty of advice about the surrounding area, and tips on recommended places to visit. The attention to detail on the decor of the whole property gives a truly comforting & relaxed feel. The hotel is in a great location within a short 5-10 minute walk in to Chinon centre. I would highly recommend this property.

The reception was outstanding. We arrived early and were made to feel most welcome. The room is large, modern and lovely. Everything is first class, bedding, towels , etc. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. The hotel is a pleasant short walk from the old town centre. Parking is very limited but not an issue. There always seems to be free street parking right outside the hotel. A lovely stay all round.

We loved our stay, located a lovely 5 minute walk across the picturesque bridge from Chinon and it’s castle, this family owned and operated B&B was just what our family (2 adults, 2 children) needed. Clean room, excellent breakfast and very helpful hosts. Parking is quite easy even if it seems unlikely at first.

Week-end marathon de Chinon

Séjour pour le marathon de Chinon. L’hôtel a prit en compte ce week-end marathon en proposant le soir un excellent repas "sportif". Nous avons eu la possibilité de garder la chambre jusqu'à 14H00 afin de prendre la douche après la course. Accueil chaleureux à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Idéalement situé, calme, confort.

Un petit pas aux châteaux de la Loire

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et disponibles tant au moment du petit déjeuner qu'après. Ce dernier est présenté sous la main d'un buffet. Les boissons chaudes sont servies selon la commande, le café est excellent. 😊 Il y a des dépliants pour différents châteaux à visiter, mais aussi les conseils pour de petits circuits donnés gentiment par les propriétaires. Je vous recommande l'hôtel Saint Jacques, un très bon souvenir, la ch 17😁
