"We had the honour of being the first to stay at Eve's place. Sadly the weather did its best to ruin things as it was tipping it down, which meant we couldn't enjoy the outdoors element as much as we would have liked. "The property fulfilled all our needs. It was comfy and quiet. Unfortunately on the last night our car, with French registration, was scraped all along the side. Clearly, parking in a public square makes one more vulnerable to such incidents. In every other way the cottage was beautifully positioned close to the church, and not far from the pub and village shop. Although we had cold, grey weather, we enjoyed ourselves very much."
