"Our stay at the Elysium Hotel in Cyprus was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we are genuinely grateful for everything the hotel did to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate facilities. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and it truly felt like a luxurious haven. However, what made our stay even more special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A particular highlight was the exceptional care they took with our dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we were so appreciative of the variety of options offered to us at every meal. The staff took the time to understand our needs, and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate us, making each dining experience a delight. We’d like to give a special mention to Andres, the supervisor manager, who made such a difference in our stay. He always went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and his genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction was truly remarkable. His dedication and attention to detail really stood out, and we are so thankful for his efforts. Thank you to the entire Elysium team for making our stay so special. "Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. There's not exactly much of a beach nearby, but you are essentially on the seafront at the hotel. The staff were all very kind and accomodating. The selection of cocktails was excellent!"
