Chloride Holidays

First time staying at this property and got an ambassador suite so we were excited, we got our room early around 230pm and got in the room and as we were checking things out found a syringe by the side of the bed. We went to tell the front desk and she was very chill about the whole thing, "well we came get you a different room but you will have to wait until after 4pm or we can reclean the one you were in." The reaction was to "oh well" for me like it was my doing, so that start the trip very bad.

Staff are friendly and very helpful especially the concierges, they gave us a lot of information about shows and stuff to do around Las Vegas. The hotel is nice and clean, the room is spacious, bed and pillows are very comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very nice property but a lot of hidden fees. I think I paid like 3 or 4 resort fees..

Everyone was so kind and helpful

Stay was good, but very expensive. Asked for VIP upgrade and didn’t get it. Instead had to pay for it. Also, the Spa and Salon are great but extremely expensive. Ask first about rates.
